Engineered to balance streetability and performance, the heart of the FPSport line is the Öhlins DFV shock body. We custom valve these shocks with a streetable valving curve, running less compression damping than our standard race-valved “Long Stroke” kits, allowing us to balance comfort and price point. We utilize standard length shock bodies with slightly higher rate springs, adding streetability by reducing compression damping forces.
Great comfort, value, and a balance between performance and ride quality makes the FPSport line a great choice for dual duty street cars with occasional track days. Adding to the already comfortable valving curve is Öhlins patented Dual Flow Valve (DFV) technology that allows for a more compliant ride than virtually any other shock out there. Ultra low hysteresis shocks, low drag seals, temperature compensation, and many other features make the Ohlins DFV shock one of the most optimized shocks out there both for street and track use.
The FPSport line is designed with the most common use cases in mind, a great match for most drivers looking to balance the ride quality, performance, and cost for an Öhlins DFV kit on their car. Comes with Ohlins brand springs, Swift Springs optional.
